Cancellation and Refund
In the event that you have to return a product purchased on the website and seek a replacement or a refund, the following conditions will apply…
Returns: In cases where a return is required, Aha Stuff will, to the best of its ability, try to replace the product at Aha Stuff’s cost. In cases where a product cannot be replaced, the full value of the purchase will be refunded to you. Definition: 'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer on the Aha Stuff website. Following situations may arise
- Product was defective
- Product was damaged whilst Shipping
- Product was missing from the delivered package
- A wrong product was shipped
Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
Replacement: If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition, you may request a replacement at no extra cost. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with AhaStuff. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
Returns and Exchange conditions - Ahastuff .com will accept Return or Exchange only if the following conditions are met.
- Return/Exchange should be initiated within 15 days of order delivery.
- The tags on the product should be intact.
- The product should be unused and in an undamaged condition.
- The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
When are returns not possible: There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame
- Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
